The current research aims at the interest of developing the creative capacities with the pre-school children through introduction of some activities, and tuition materials in kindergartens in the United Arab Emirates, in the form of creative activities & skills, and encouraging the child to express his creative feelings, his thoughts and abilities, in addition to motivating the child’s imagination in order to be able to express or imagine a number of things .

2. Preparation of a program which aims at developing creative abilities with pre-school children.

3. Testing the effect extent of the program in improving the children’s standard of abilities.

4. Testing the difference extent of the program effect on the following succeeding variables (creative abilities) with the difference of sex, (boys / girls).

HYPOTHESES OF THE STUDY:-

The researcher of this study has set the following hypotheses:

1. There are differences of statistical / meaning between the children of the experimental group and the grades of their mates of the controlling group children in the test used in the study.

2. There are differences of statistical meaning between the grades of the member of the experimental group in the pre-application and the grades of the members of the same group in the pro-test and follow up analogy.

3. There are differences of statistical meaning between the averages of grades of the experimental group members of males and females, and the averages of grades of their mates ( males & females ) in the controlling group in the follow up analogy for the good of the experimental group.

4. There are no differences of statistical significance between the grades’ averages of the experimental group members and the grades’ averages of the same group in the pro and follow up comparison.

RESEARCH PROBLEM: -

The present research came to know about the experiences and programs introduced in the kindergartens, in addition to performing an exploratory study in kindergartens, and found out there were activities, experiences and skills which hadn’t been applied in kindergartens because of obstacles and non availability of educational aids in a sufficient way, where the teacher and the administration exert the physical and materialistic effort in mating tangible and kinetic aids in a better way in conformity with the experiences on which children are to be trained, and developing their creative capacities so that it is possible to say that the current study tries to answer many questions that can be summed up in the following:-

1. What are the most convenient creative skills to preschool children?

2. What are the most convenient creative activities to preschool children?

3. Some creative activities and skills affect the development of creative capacities with pre-school children.

4. To what extent do boys differ from girls in the rage of influence of experimenting the program on their creative capabilities?

5. What are the obstacles, which block the teacher’s way in training children on new and modern experiences, skills & activities?

RESEARCH SAMPLE: -

The sample used in this study consists of preschool children in the Emirates of Abu Dhabi, in this final shape of (136) schoolboys and schoolgirls out of (366). The sample is homogeneous regarding the economic, educational, and social level, in addition to intelligence & age. They live in one environment and they have the same circumstances / under the protection of father and mother.

The overall sample included four subsidiary groups as the following: -

1. First experimental group (Boys).

2. Second experimental group (girls).

3. First controlling group (Boys).

4. Second controlling group (girls).

INSTRUMENTS OF RESEARCH: -

1. Economic and social standard form (prepared by Researcher).

2. Torance creative thinking test (Imag Test “a”) prepared by Abdulla Suliman & Fuad Abu Hatab (1971).

3. Training program (prepared by researcher).

4. Rating Scale (prepared by Researcher) equivalent to a group of response & situations for discovering creative capacities and developing them, where the present researcher made an exploratory study for kindergartens, and the questions were as the following: -

- What are the creative activities required for the development of creative capacities?

- What do you think of the activities used in developing the creative activities?

- What are the obstacles that prevent implementation of creative activities?

STATISTICAL TECHINQUE: -

In consistency with the research hypothesis, the researcher uses: -

a) Dual discrepancy Analysis Technique by virtue of model 2 X 2.

b) T. test regarding bilateral comparisons.

RESEARCH FINDING: -

(1) Regarding the first hypothesis: -

Findings showed the existence of differences indicative statistically between the mathematical averages of the grades scored by the members of the experimental group, between males & females in the creative Thinking Test. This conclusion means there is an influence indicative of the treatment variable on the grades discrepancy of the four groups for the interest of the experimental group after applying the program used.

(2) Regarding the second hypothesis: -

Findings showed there was no effect of sex variable on the performance of the members of the four subsidiary groups in the creative Thinking Test in the follow up analogy.

(3) Regarding the third hypothesis: -

Findings showed there was an effect indicative of the treatment on

the discrepancy of grades of the four subsidiary groups’ members for the interest of the experimental group (males & females) where the members of the experimental group excelled their mates of the controlling group concerning the grades averages obtained by members of the experimental group in the creative Thinking Test.

(4) Regarding the fourth hypothesis: -

Findings showed there were no differences indicative statically between the mathematical averages of the grades scored by the members of the experimental group (males & females) in the creative Thinking Test and the mathematical averages of the grades scored by members of the same group in the same test in the pro & follow up analogy.
